ac_timer.c:
  rewrite of do timer/add_timer + perfcounters
apic.c:
  added perfcounter and try to disable APIC when no timeout value is zero.
irq.c:
  count interrupts and cycles spent in them
sched.h:
  added fields for BVT
schedule.c:
  BVT without warping
keyhandler.c:
  added handler for dumping run queues
  moved handler for ac_timers here
